If you are experiencing FEVER, COUGH, SORE THROAT, BODY ACHES, and/or have had direct exposure with someone that has been diagnosed, or is waiting to be tested for COVID-19, we respectfully request that you cancel your appointment until further notice and reschedule when you are free of symptoms
